I am trying to: Hello, I was too busy to respond to a previous ticket and the solution provided didn't work for me.

I tried this, but the categories aren't deleted.

I have followed below steps:
- Go to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting link
- Press ‘Clear the cache in WPML’ button
- Press ‘Remove ghost entries from the translation tables’ button

Timezone: Europe/Madrid (GMT+02:00)

I read through the last ticket and have checked the same category. It still just shows one entry (see image).

What taxonomy/category are you referring to - please be specific and upload a screenshot to be clear that I understand what you are having trouble with.

Hi, I fixed it on my own by completely disabling WPML.
