unable to use images and media already uploaded to my WordPress website.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Theme support provide me with attached info that this problem is caused by WPML plugin.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this. Does the media library have images in the default language, or is it missing in all languages?

Please make sure that you have language codes created for all languages. You can check this at WPML -> Languages -> Edit Languages.

Next, please be sure to make a full backup of your site and database. Then, go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting. Look for 'Clean up' and click the following:

- Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information
- Fix Terms count
- Fix post assignment for translations

After these steps, do you see the media in the library?
