This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with translating a product using WPML, where the translation process has failed multiple times, and you're also unable to find an ACF custom field (specifically an oEmbed field with a YouTube link) in the ATE translations, follow these steps.
Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML --> Translation Management --> Jobs and cancel the existing translation jobs.
2. Go to the original product, update it, and attempt the translation again.
3. If the issue persists, check the error logs by going to WPML --> Support --> Error logs for further insights.
For translating the YouTube link in the ACF oEmbed field, search for the link in the translation editor as outlined in our documentation: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-links/

If these steps do not resolve your issues, or if the solution seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, you can open a new support ticket for personalized assistance at our support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a product using WPML, but it has failed 3 times. Additionally, I am attempting to translate an ACF custom field that is an oEmbed field with a YouTube link across all products, but I can't find it in the ATE translations. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The translation process for a product has failed 3 times, and the ACF custom field is not appearing in the ATE translations.

Questions:
Why is the product translation failing?
How can I activate the ACF oEmbed (Youtube link)custom field in the ATE translations?

Hi there!

This is Paola and I hope you are well!

Please go to WPML --> Translation Management --> Jobs and cancel those jobs.

Then go to the original product and click on update and then try to translate it again.

If the problem persist, please go to WPML --> Support --> Error logs and let me know what you find.

Thanks you

Hello Paola,

Thank you for your reply, your solution worked!

Anyway you didnt reply to my second question, which is:

How can I activate the ACF oEmbed (Youtube link)custom field in the ATE translations?

So, I would need the link appearing in the ATE, so I can use a different link per language.

Thank you

Hi there!

In order to translate the youtube link please try to search it on the translation editor as you can see on the following documentation:
