Hello There. It seems the translators available on your site haven't picked up the string for Translation. However, These strings that are stuck in the "in progress" phase can be recovered by following the steps mentioned below- - Select all the strings, add them to the "Translation Basket" and assign it to a translator. Hello There, I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists even after following the recommended steps. To gain a better understanding of the root cause of the issue, I would like to inspect the issue closely from your end. This will enable me to provide you with a more effective solution. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Hello There, Thanks for sharing the credentials. I have checked and understood the issue. Will you please try the steps mentioned in this video(hidden link) for the rest of the items? As the items are already translated, it is not required to translate them again. You need to cancel the translation and the issue will be solved right after that. Hello There, I checked the video and understood that you're having some issues sending the Translation jobs to one of the Translators. Such issues commonly arise when two or more Translation batches share the same name. In most cases, renaming the affected batch solves the problem. I'm happy to inform you that the issue is resolved now by changing the Batch name. The Translation batch has been assigned to the Translator correctly. Please check this video(hidden link) for a better understanding. Let me know if that helps. Hello There, Glad to see that the status changed to completed after updating the plugin. 🙂 Now, I am pleased to inform you that the translation for all the menu items located under the profile dropdown is now being displayed correctly on switching to the Spanish language. Kindly check this screenshot(hidden link) for a better understanding. Upon updating the translation for the menu items through String Translation, there was a pending Sync within the "WP Menus Sync" section. As a result, the menu items were not displayed in their translated form upon switching to Spanish. However, I have now completed the Sync and the menu items are now being displayed perfectly in Spanish. Please note that when you're updating the translation of any Menu items, you need to complete the sync also from "WP Menus sync".
