Thanks for your patience. Our 2nd Tier Support checked and to prevent this issue from happening, you'll need to uncheck this option "When deleting a post, delete translations as well" in WPML > Settings > Posts and pages synchronization.
Could you give this a try and let me know how it goes?
Thanks for your reply. That page breaks because I've deactivated most of your 3rd party plugins. Please reactivate your 3rd party plugins and also, keep all plugins updated. Let me know how it goes.
Hello. I tried this on live site where every plugin is activated. Still shows the same error, you can check live site and test - I have backups. Password is same: hidden link
Thanks for your patience. I've checked and you'll have to add the Estonian language back again. Then, uncheck this option "When deleting a post, delete translations as well" in WPML > Settings > Posts and pages synchronization. Once you've done that, delete all Estonian language media from the WP > Media Library.
Then, delete the Estonian language again and see if it works.
Thanks for your reply. It looks like we’ll need to remove this data manually. The only way to do this is by re-enabling the language, navigating to the relevant sections, and deleting the content manually.
Would you like me to show you an example of how to do this?
Ok, it seems I just cannot remove Estonian language, as when you deleted Estonian filters then all filters went missing on product page.
I just think Ill have to agree with that I cannot delete Estonian language it seems like it has too many issues with it.
Also images are missing for few months in google and this seems to be also WPML problem, we think right now we just have to create new website from scratch without any language plugins...
Thank you for your reply.
I'm truly sorry for the issue caused when I removed the filter from the Estonian language — I didn’t intend to break anything, and I apologize for the trouble this has caused. If there's any way you could restore the site, we would be grateful, as it would allow us to troubleshoot the problem further and find a proper solution for you.
Also, I'm sorry to hear about your decision to move forward without using a multilingual plugin. We completely respect your choice, but we would be sincerely grateful if you could reconsider. We are here to support you and would love the opportunity to help make the multilingual setup work smoothly for your site.
