This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to display different logos for different languages/domains on a multilingual site using WPML and the Buddyboss theme. They managed to translate the logo using its ID, but the translated logo was overriding the default logo in the Buddyboss theme settings.

Solution:
We asked the client to provide the media IDs for both the default language logo and the translated logo. We also requested temporary access to the client's site to investigate the issue further. We assured the client that we follow strict privacy and security policies when handling their information, as detailed at our privacy and security policy.

We reminded the client to back up their site before providing access and informed them that we would handle one issue per ticket to maintain focus and efficiency. We asked the client to open a new ticket for each unique issue they were experiencing.

Hi
I have set up WPML with two domains, and need different logo for the two domains/languages. I have manage to use id to translate the logo, but after doing that both domains shows the translated logo. Also the logo is change in Buddyboss theme settings, to the translated logo. Can you please assist?

Please let me know the media ids for both the default language logo and also for the translated logo.

I would also like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully.

I am spending more time on this and I will get back to you as soon as I have more feedback.

I will leave the ticket assigned to myself for the moment.

In regards to the other issues that you mentioned, per our Support Policy, we can handle only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

So, can you please open a new ticket for each unique issue?
