Hello,

you can not see them on the front end. The values are used for filters here:

Thank you very much for your message.

Do you authorize me to create a copy of the site and send it to our 2nd-tier support team for further investigation?

Hi there,

The issue is that the metabox is conditional and appears only on certain pages. I edited the metabox and switched to German, then selected the page here hidden link

I can see the fields now.

Can you confirm that the issue is solved?

Hello,

okay this actually worked but we have a problem with the filters now. For example the Italian filters filter posts from the english version.

Hi,

Please apply the changes provided by our 2nd-tier specialists to the staging site and double-check if the issue persists there.

We tried to apply all the changes but we figured, we do not know all the changes that were made by you 2nd specialist. We can not make the filters to work.

Can you send us an overview of the changes made? So we can apply them on the live site.

Hi,

I've checked this with our second-tier team.

They were not able to reproduce the issue on the staging site. On staging, the filters display the correct language:
hidden link

However, they could confirm that on the live site the results are displayed in English.

They noticed that on the staging site, simply editing the following JetEngine Meta Box and saving it (without making any changes) was enough to make it work correctly:

JetEngine → Meta Boxes → Edit meta-1 (German)

Could you please compare the WPML → Languages settings between the staging and live sites and make sure they are identical?

Also, please clear all caches on the live site after making any changes.

If the problem still persists after that, please either:

- create a fresh clone of the live site on staging so we can investigate the current state, or
- provide us with access to the live site so we can continue the investigation there.

Thank you!
