Listen Andreas, I will tell you straight from what I think of this . I don't understand your comment : 1) I was not able to access the login form unless I disabled WPML Do you mean you disconnected things on my site just because you couldn't login? In that case you wait and ask and we find a solution. I don't know what you did the night to the 27th of May, but I had at least 15 critical error messages from jetpak in the morning. We have now restored and set things back to normal yesterday evening. I've lost orders that I had to recreate manually afterwards. You did not, as you say, activate the 2 plugins that you unactivated on your own decision. It was me doing it. It means you're not even honest. I will close this ticket since I don't trust your skills and I don't find your approach nor reassuring or friendly from the very beginning. This last experience breaking down a live commercial site is totally unacceptable. |

My apologies for the inconvenience. Take kindly note that I have been working on WPML support since 2018 and have handled more than 10.000 tickets. I truly forgot to reactivate the plugins after testing, and I want to apologize for that. What I did: 1) I could not reach the login form because of a fatal error. At this point, it was clear to me that WPML and WCML were triggering various errors on the site, and I left my prior comment. Sadly, at this point, I forgot to reactivate WPML and WCML again. Yesterday, was connecting by FPT and renamed the plugin folders to their original names, and checked that both plugins were active. What I can still offer is taking a local copy of the site to find out what is causing these errors. If you prefer to proceed with a different support, please feel free to open a new support ticket. |
