This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate WooCommerce products using WPML, but after changing the language in the admin panel and going to the products page, the categories are not assigned to the products as expected. Only one category with one product is visible instead of all categories and respective products.
Solution:
First, ensure that the categories are properly translated. If you have already translated the categories, we recommend running the Synchronize Product Categories Assignment in Content option in WPML → Taxonomy Translation. This should align the category assignments across different languages.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check the related known issues and verify that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so at WPML support forum.
