This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You have updated the slugs for translated product categories, but the changes are not reflecting on your website. Despite updating internal links and saving permalinks, the child categories still show the old parent category slugs.
Solution:
The user has switched once back and forth between the options " Translatable—only show translated items" and "Translatable—use translation if available or fallback to default language" for Products in WPML → Settings → Taxonomies Translation→ Product categories (product_cat).
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be due to specific configurations or conflicts with other plugins. We recommend visiting our known issues page to check for any related problems and confirm that you are using the latest versions of all themes and plugins.
