I don't think it is cache problem. Because Live and staging site are using both same server.

Hosting team tells they don't have any cache system.

I think your server is not supporting our live site, hidden link now.
I have already connected site key into live site but I think your server is not supporting.

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean by our server not recognizing your site? If it says that the key is unregistered, try un-registering the current key and registering it back.

Let me know about CDN - it is something I mentioned, various CDN providers do in fact have their own caching systems.

Hi,

I think they will have the more proper response, but CDN can be set either by yourself through the main register (for example Cloudflare), while some hosting companies do it for you automatically or they offer you this option (such as hidden link).

Hello, Bruno. Our website has checkout error again. we don't use any cache system any more.
I think this is some setting problem or wpml plugin is not working with woocommerce composite plugin.
we are losing much money from this problem really.
so we should fix this problem as soon as possible!
