Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you tell me the following:
- Which update have you done ( from which versions to which versions?)
- do you have a backup of the site it was before?
- can you try the following - https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/#media-translation-settings
-- and then click "Start"

Let me know how it goes!

Regards,
Bruno Kos

Hi,

I see that WooCommerce was outdated, along with WPML, WordPress and some other plugins. I have updated them all and ran WooCommerce database updates.I also went to WooCommerce -> status -> scheduled actions -> pending and ran all the updates. So basically I've updated everything there was to update and I see no issue, as you can see from these images.

Can you try restoring this backup on your subdomain or staging site perhaps and try updating everything there? Because I am unable to reproduce the issue.

Regards,
Bruno Kos
