1- Go to WooCommerce-> Status-> Tools
2- Click on "Recount product terms" (Kindly check this hidden link)
3- Go to WooCommerce-> WooCommerce Multilingual-> Status-> Troubleshooting
4- Run the troubleshooting functions (Kindly check this hidden link)
5- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting
6- Run the troubleshooting functions one by one (Kindly check this hidden link)
7- Clear your site's cache
❌ Please backup your database before performing the above test ❌
If these steps didn't fix the issue, please update all your active plugins, specially WPML plugins. You can find the latest WPML plugins here. (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/)
After updating the plugins, please try the steps above again.

Thanks for your update. I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. I've checked the sale category, and it seems to show numbers between 400 to 500 products. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

I'm afraid I don't understand how is the number should be less than 100 products while in the dashboard there are 465 in English and 496 in Chinese. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
2.I have a plug-in , when product be set sale price, plug-in will add product to sale category automatically.
When sale end , plug-in move out the product automatically. But now it doesn’t work.
All Process is
1. I open auto sale category plugin(auto add sale product to category)
2. Set product sale start time and end time by plug-in (sale discount plugin)
3.When sale start, it shows right number.
4.When sale end , it shows right number.
All action should be automatically without manually.

That could be the reason for the sale category issue, so could you please log in to this sandbox site and upload these plugins? (hidden link)
After that, please test the process and let me know if the issue is replicable.
At the same time, I'll try to get a copy of your site and check it.
I've installed WPML plugins and imported some sample products for your to test. Also, when visiting the shop page, you would see the sidebar with the product count widget. (hidden link)

2) I've installed a local copy of your site and run some tests. I've found that the issue happens when WPML is deactivated. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
The category count is not correct even without WPML. Could you please deactivate WPML temporarily on your site and check if you will have the same result?
