I am trying to: Just load the product page of a product.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the product page

Instead, I got: blanc page

When I deactivate wpml everything works fine.

The page I give you is already a duplication. So you can work on it.

Thank you for contacting us. I saw the problem you're reporting. When I try to access your FTP, this message is displayed (the login or password appears to be incorrect):

Status:	Resolving address of s169.goserver.host
Status:	Connecting to 185.30.32.169:21...
Status:	Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status:	Initializing TLS...

Status:	TLS connection established.
Command:	USER supportzugang
Response:	331 Password required for supportzugang
Command:	PASS ************************
Response:	530 Login incorrect.
Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

Please, can I install the Duplicator plugin (or All in One Migration) to make a copy of your site and install it on my test environment? This will help me debug the problem.

Thank you.

Hi Bruno,

you used the username for wordpress instead the username for the ftp. In my private message it is defined correctly which username you should use.

Best regards
Martin

Hi,

Thank you. Sorry for the delay. We have released a new version of WooCommerce Multilingual, 4.6.2.1, which should fix this performance problem.

Please, could you update the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin again and see if the problem persists? Remember to back up your site before updating your plugins.

Thank you.
