I am trying to: see the products list in admin, products counter says 19 published but none show

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the 19 products listed

Instead, I got: none listed.

I disable all wpml plugins and products shows, but if I enable not work.
I also applied the steps of update the add on to lastest version and I also apply the options in the troubleshoouter were the -set language information- takes so loooong time but until now nothing works.

I talk with server support (and also create a ticket on theme developer) in order to solve this ASAP... what I found until now is that the plugin that is causing this is WPML basic, not the addon, due if I active or deactive it shows the products...

Hello there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'd be happy to assist you further on this issue.

To solve the issue, could you please go to WPML-> Support ->Troubleshooting and click the below buttons and let me know if that helps:

+ Set Language information
+ Clear Cache in WPML
+ Fix element types collation
+ Assign translation status to the duplicated content

+ Make a backup (both files and database) for your site before updating/proceeding anything (Always a good practice!). You can use a plugin for this if you like. I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose. See:

I request you to wait until the above process end and if the process is taking much time, I request you to enable debugging and run the process again, this will help us find the PHP error if it's blocking the process.

Could you please perform the below steps and share me the results?

1. Please follow the debugging information provided here:
2. Repeat the action of creating the problem.
3. Copy and paste the contents of debug.log (log file inside the /wp-content/ directory) here for me to see.

Look forward to your reply.
