I am trying to: translate products from english to russian

I expected to see: a list of already entered products through the native product add screen now ready for translation.

Hello Feisal,

Could you please try to test it with minimal environment?
To do that, disable all non WPML plugins and activate one of the default themes(e.g twenty fifteen) .

This will enable us to know what causes the issue if there is a conflict with another plugin or the current theme.

Also please follow these steps, You may have database corruptions:
1- Go to “WPML > Support“ in your admin dashboard “your-website/wp-admin.php”
2- At the bottom of the page, click the “troubleshooting” link.
3- Look for the “General Cleanup” section and Click these buttons:
- "General Cleanup" button (If exists in your installation)
- "Fix element_type collation" button
- "Set language information" button

I need to replicate the case locally.So,I will need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site
- preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible
