Sorry, but still the same problem. I was wasting my time with Quadmenu support, with no success.
This is the closed WPML ticked:

In my installation, this is not working. Please help.

I bought the "personal license", but not because of the features, it was because of the support.... If I remember right.

Hi.

We need to replicate this issue on a fresh WordPress installation. Then I'll be able to escalate it to our compatibility team. For this, I created a test website with a clean WordPress install. You can access it through this link:

With this link, you'll be directly logged in.

Could you please install the Quadmenu plugin (PERSONAL License) and see if the issue is replicable on a clean WordPress installation? Please configures WPML as it is set on your site.
Please also make sure that you are installing the latest version of the plugin.

When everything is finished, and you can replicate the problem, please let me know.

If it is an issue with the Quadmenu plugin then please proceed here. But as we try to keep one issue per ticket, if it is not an issue with this plugin, please open a new ticket in our forum. You can also ask me and I'll split this ticket into a new ticket.
