Tell us what you are trying to do? Trying to translate radio button options in Jetpack forms, can't find in String Translation.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Thank you for contacting us.

This depends on how this form is being created. Depending on how you do it, you should create two forms, one for each language.

Have you tried to access the default page of the contact form and switch to the secondary language using the language selector that is located on the top bar?

By following these steps, are you able to edit the form in the secondary language?

Thank you.
