This morning I received an email from WPML saying that I have many translations to do. I am registered as a translator in our system. But when I look at my translation queue it is empty. The plugin is going bananas.
Please help to get our system fixed soon. It is bad.

Hi,

I wanted to try to resolve this issue in a separate ticket as I do not believe this is related to your primary concern.

These notifications come from WPML's plugins on your website, not ATE. As a first step, let's delete any staging sites you are no longer using.

As a second step, let's disable notifications from those staging sites which you need to leave online. You can disable notifications on those sites by following these steps:

- Go to the WPML -> Settings page
- Click on the Translation Notifications tab
- Uncheck all the boxes and click the Save button
- Refresh the page to make sure the setting saved since you are using a caching plugin

Please disable notifications on all your staging sites and let me know if you get any further emails. This way, we will know that the email was sent by your live website and I can investigate further.

Hi,
thank you. I have deleted some staging sites, there are only two existing (dev5, wpml). I have disabled notifications from the staging sites. But I get emails from dev5 and wpml. Best regards Olaf

Hi,

Are you getting any emails from your live website? If so, please send me which jobs the live website emails mention.

If not, please send an email from wpml or dev5 but tell me which one it's from. I will check the database to see why this is happening.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
The WPML e-mail template should be updated to show the source of the email in the header. Then it is clear that this email is from a site copy. Instead, it is written in the footer. Quite an unreadable color choice.
