We don't want to use the WPML for now and would like to disabled it. And we would like to redirect ALL the second language pages into a specific page. The pages end like this:

?lang=en

So its hard to redirect it, is that possible? Thanks

Once you disable the WPML plugins, this URL format will revert back to what you normally have configured for WordPress (e.g. post name or whateve is here Appearance > Permalinks)

So you will not need to redirect "?lang=en".
