Hello,

Could you please tell me how to go about seeking a refund? Even though I am outwith the 30day period - since my issues were not able to be resolved by your team I have had to opt for another service. Whilst this may indeed be down to my site-specific issues - since it is clearly not able to be used by me..does this window mean I am unable to get a refund?

I'm sorry, but PayPal lets us issue refunds up to 60 days from the order date. After this, PayPal just blocks this option altogether. Our policy is to give refunds 30 days from the order day. I wanted to help out and give a refund anyway, but it's more than 60 days from the order and PayPal just blocks it now.
