I'm not sure this is a professional company or bunch of freelancers joined here as a team to sell something to earn from someone. If it this a professional company , my problem must be solved within my very first refund request. But nothing here.

I can understand you guys not stick with your refund promises, which means you are violating your own TOS. As a buyer I've contacted you many time and waited almost 16 days , still nothing other than just some blah blah excuses.

Again, as a buyer , i reserve the rights to leave my feedback to third party review sites and forums to alert other users about your professionalism.

The entire conversation, screenshot was taken will be published relevant platform. This is not any kind of threatening or jokes.
