Sorry, I didn't saw your last mail. I don't understand why.

In this link you can find the duplicator files:

I have desactivated WPML.
The language set is already different than English, is Spanish.
After desactivating the plugin I couldn't check strings, as you asked me to desactivate WPML plugin.

I am lost.

Many thanks!

Best regards,

Alba

Hi there,

I have desactivated WPML.
The language set is already different than English, is Spanish.
After deactivating the plugin I couldn't check strings, as you asked me to deactivate WPML plugin.

I was trying to ask if you can get the error message in English or default language (Spanish) when you deactivate WPML.

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks

Hi there,

So it means that the plugin is not created properly to change those strings according to the language user has. The plugin author needs to fix this first to make these strings translatable. Could you please contact the plugin author and ask if he can help you on this. The strings are coming from remote server so the previous function will not work.

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks

Hi!

This is the asnwer they gave me when I asked for this:

These strings being returned by the Gateway's API. So it's not currently possible to translate them.

We have an open issue with our developers to get that resolved, but in the meantime your only option would be to manually code those translations in yourself, or to hide that error message. I honestly don't know how to go about coding that in yourself, but will reach out to the developers to see if there is any movement on our open issue about this.

So, do you think that there is no solution at all?

Many thanks!

Best regards,

Alba

Hi there,

At the moment, there is no solution for this strings unless the plugin is edited to work on multiple languages.

Thanks

Dear,

When you say "edit the plugin" you mean by their authors, right? Just to confirm.

Many thanks!

Hi there,

Yes, the plugin code should be edited in order to make the strings translatable by the plugin author.

Thanks
