Impossible to enter the register key on my website
Your interface for opening a ticket is a nightmare... I have to login several time before to get access to support. Even for managing my account it is asking to enter my credential.

Are you receiving an error when you are trying to remove the old key and create a new one ?

If you wish i can take a closer look for you to further test this in your backend with a key from my side but creating a new key should resolve this issue.

If instead you do rather continue with the refund process please review the following link
