Hi Norman,

The key seems to be linked, only we now get the message that the license will expire within 13 days. Have you changed anything here?

In addition, we cannot download updates (see image attached). Can you indicate how we can still solve this so that we can arrange everything asap.

Thats why you see that message for renewal.

I tried to force updates but still it failed. Please note, I have removed your site key for testing purposes, please register it again. I have informed system team to check further, will update you once I hear. Thanks

I have updated the plugins manually few hours ago. Our system team made updates today aswell and the issue is resolved now. We tested this by temporary installing a new addon from Commercial tab, so the connection is working completely now.
