[Closed] registering WPML

Background of the issue:
I am trying to register WPML on my site hidden link by entering the product key.

Symptoms:
When I enter the product key, it says that it is 'unable to register: site key not matching'.

Questions:
Why does the site key not match when I have copied and pasted it from my account?

I have tried increasing the wordpress memory limit as suggested previously. I have edited my wpconfig.php file and it has not resolved this issue

Hi,
Welcome to WPML support. WOuld you please do as follows?

- Make sure that you are logged in wpml.org.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Register WPML" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

Hi Jon,

Thanks, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

I will try to test and see if it works with me following the same steps.
