My WordPress website recently crashed for some unknown reason.
Ever since we recovered it WordPress asks me to re-register WPML.

However, when I insert the registration key, it tells me that it's not valid.

Can you please check where this issue might come from?

Thank you and kind regards,
Nico

Hello,

I just checked the records & it seems that you have registered this URL: hidden link but your site URL in WordPress is hidden link (the www part is not there in the site URL)

So please follow the steps:

1) Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2) Delete already registered keys from the list.
3) Click on "Add New site" button
4) Copy paste the entire URL of your site(hidden link)
5) Try the new key.

Please let me know if that helps.

Thanks,
Rohan
