Ok - I confirm that I can enter....but we still don´t have the key ingredient: the conditions where a reservation is made with the "all" language.

I don´t know how I can help you do this with access to this staging site. Did you perhaps find out how to replicate the issue?

Well we have tried many different things (different browsers, different links etc) and we cannot seem to find a way to replicate it. Do you maybe have any idea on how to replicate it? Because we are on an dead end here.

I´m sorry I don´t.

If the reservation is being stored with language code "All", it seems this could come from and administrative call since the only time I have EVER seen "All languages" is in the wordpress dashboard.

And you do not have the "All" language defined as a custom language. If someone visits the website, then normally the default site language is used..

Normally, I would suggest to try to find any kind of pattern that could come from the randomn "all" languages entries. e.g. country of origin, time of day, region????

I´m sorry to not be of more help.

Hello Yvette,

Well we have looked for some sort of pattern.. But we just cannot seem to find anything that gives us any idea of what it can be. What can we do to get it fixed? Look for an other party or such because we have no idea.

I can only suggest that you try hiring a contractor who might be able to assist you further.

At the very least, they can provide a script that you can schedule to regularaly scan the database for "all" entries and change them to the system default language.

From our perspective, this is an installation specific issue since the problem cannot be reproduced regularly/reliably.

The other issue is that our code does not generate an "all" langauge anywhere. This parameter must be coming from somewhere external.

Here is a list of WPML contractors that might be able to help you out.
