Hello. How to completely erase all translation made and restart the process please?

The reason i want to reset the process is because i am not sure i’ve been doing the process right. If i provide you with the login details could you check if all is going as it should? As i also facing unresponsiveness issues like it takes lots amount of time just to translate and save.

I even can’t access translation management, please see attachment, so i could assign all translation to be done to the translator

Sorry, my internet disconnected and we got disconnected on the chat. First you can reset WPML plugin and we can handle rest issues after that for sure.

If you have other questions/issues then please create a new ticket for each issue and we would be happy to help. This will help other users with similar problems to find solutions when searching the forum, We do not handle multiple issues in one same ticket as per support policy.
