Bungiorno,
il problema nasce quando mi accorgo che non ci sono più le pagine in inglese sul mio sito: il rinnovo automatico era fallito. Seguo quindi la procedura per eliminare il tentativo e reimpostare il pagamento automatico. Oggi mi è arrivata la mail di conferma "Your subscription renewal order with WPML has been completed" ma sul mio sito non vedo ancora le pagine tradotte nella seconda lingua (inglese). Nella sezione plug in del mio sito, sotto a wpml compare la scritta "devi possedere un abbonamento valido". come posso procedere per rivedere le pagine tradotte?

Welcome to WPML support forum.

You have posted this ticket in our English forum, if you want I can request an Italian colleague to continue on it, or we can continue in English.

If I understand correctly, WPML is still asking for registering your key. For that:
- Please go to WPML.org and at https://wpml.org/account/sites/ look for your current key and erase it.
- Create a new one with the new URL.
- Go to your plugins panel and click under "Register" button below WPML plugin.
- Click on the Unregistered button at the commercial page.
- Add your new key.

Does it work solve your issue ?
