This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I want to change the arrow icon beside the Submit button, so that it will suit RTL direction.

Solution:
You can fix arrow issue by adding the following CSS in your theme’s or child theme style.css file OR Custom CSS section of the theme:

body.rtl #page-container .et_pb_custom_button_icon.et_pb_button::after,body.rtl #page-container .et_pb_login .et_pb_custom_button_icon.et_pb_button::after {
    content: "\34"!important;
}

body.rtl #page-container .et_pb_contact_form_0.et_pb_contact_form_container.et_pb_module .et_pb_button {

    padding-left: 1.7em !important;
    padding-right: 0.7em !important;

}

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. You can fix arrow issue by adding the following CSS in your theme’s or child theme style.css file OR Custom CSS section of the theme:

body.rtl #page-container .et_pb_contact_form_0.et_pb_contact_form_container.et_pb_module .et_pb_button::after {
    left: 0 !important;
    right: -15px !important;
}

And it will look as in the attached screenshot.

Thank you

Your answer helped me to find the correct solution to this issue!
Insted of your code I wrote:

body.rtl #page-container .et_pb_custom_button_icon.et_pb_button::after,body.rtl #page-container .et_pb_login .et_pb_custom_button_icon.et_pb_button::after {
    content: "\34"!important;
}

body.rtl #page-container .et_pb_contact_form_0.et_pb_contact_form_container.et_pb_module .et_pb_button {

    padding-left: 1.7em !important;
    padding-right: 0.7em !important;

}

Best Regards
Varda
