Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML.

Unfortunately it is not possible to do so with WPML. The closest thing we have to it is browser based redirection which only works the first time and if you close the browser you would have choose the language again.

WPML cookie doesn't remember the selected language. So, the users would have choose the language each time they go to your site.
