Instead, I got: No product.

The database backup file is not complete, it's missing users, usermeta, posts table, so can you please regenerate one and send it to me, you can edit your previous private reply to send the database backup.

I downloaded the new file but still the wp_options, users, usermeta table are missing, are you creating this database backup from the cpanel? Can you ask your host why this tables are missing from the backup?
