Hi,

We're running into an issue with scheduling sales on our site. We did a test run yesterday where we scheduled a sale to go live the next day, set all sales prices in each currency and kept "Schedule" for each currency at "Same as default currency". However, when checking the product on the site all currencies other then EUR (store default) showed as "Sale" (see screenshot attached). Apparently scheduling with "Same as default currency" doesn't seem to work properly.

We went through all the usual troubleshooting steps including disabling all other plugins, to no avail.

I have create a test site with a fresh new WordPress installation and WPML, Woocommerce and WCML plugins installed and setup.

I kindly ask you to access this test site using this link: hidden link and try to reproduce the issue.

Please only add the necessary information to reproduce the issue.

Could you tell me the result of the steps above?

Hi Carlos,

I was able to reproduce the issue on the test site. I created a test product and scheduled a sale for tomorrow. If you look at the product and switch from English to Dansk (GBP to EUR) you'll notice that the EUR price shows as struck through as if on sale. The GBP price shows as normal.

Cheers,
Thorsten

Hi Thorsten,
Thank you very much for your message.

I'm consulting with our specialists about this issue.

In the mean time, if you use the option 'Set dates' under 'Set prices in other currencies manually' does the issue persists?

Regards,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,

If we set the dates for each currency then yes, the issue goes away. That means a lot of manual work though with 6 currencies.

Regards,
Thorsten
