I am trying to:
Get search result via the default language.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
All the English search results

Instead, I got:
English results and some Spanish results

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I would like to ask you to follow this steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Update all outdated plugins and themes.
- Flush any cache memory that might exists.
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Could you tell me the result of this steps?

Hello Carlos,

I've done the 1-3 steps you sent to me, for the fourth step, it's very slow to deactivate all the other plugins on my end. So I tried to deactivate all the WPML plugins and reactivate them.

However, I lost my WP-admin page and can't login when I activating WooCommerce Multilingual. I got this error:
"The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

The WordPress.com online team suggest me to delete the plugin woocommerce-multilingual
and reinstall it. Could you please tell me will the uninstall operation delete all the translated product pages or not? If not, I'll try the WP team's advice.

Or do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you very much for your message.

I'm sorry to hear that you had this issues in the site.

To answer your question: if you delete the plugin's folder you won't loose any translation. If you uninstall the plugins and delete it from the plugins page then you might loose some information. I recommend you to create a full backup of the site before removing the plugin in any way.
