Tell us what you are trying to do?
We are trying to send jobs to for translation to Smartling.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
We are following the recommended process for https://wpml.org/translation-service/smartling/

Is there a similar example that we can see?
In terms of examples you can reference past successfully sent jobs.

What is the link to your site?

This is Ahmed Mamdouh from the translation proxy team.

I've added a language mapping from en to en-US and this supposedly should solve the problem, please try again and if you still have any issues, please send me a screenshot from the languages page, you can access it by going to WPML -> Languages and click on "edit language" button.

Hello ! Thanks for your answer. It is still not working and we're having a slightly different error :

"Sending your jobs to professional translation
(29) This service does not support translation from en-us

Rollback jobs...

Batch rolled back"

Could it be that on our side it's "en_US" and on your side it's "en-US" ?

Hey, thanks for your reply. Actually the security policy of the company prevents me from giving you admin rights to the backoffice. Do you think we can pair up somehow ? (video chat for example ?)

Hello Ahmed,
This is quite urgent as we're completely stuck and can't continue localizing our website.
We've contacted Smartling who told us some of their other customers using the same settings and connector are having the exact same issue with WPML.
Can you please ask around to see if anyone from your teams has already found a solution? And in the meanwhile can we connect today through video chat to try to solve this asap?
