Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I’ll be glad to help you today.

1) Could you please tell me if this issue happens when you send the translation to a local translator or not?

2) If it happens with all translators, please provide me with the WordPress debug.log. This will allow us to see if any PHP errors are being produced. More Info: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for:

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

And change it to:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
// Disable display of errors and warnings which is recommended on a live site.
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
@ini_set('display_errors',0);

Then try to reproduce the issue and check if any errors were saved to the debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory
If you can paste your debug.log to https://pastebin.com/ and provide me that link, it would be great!

3) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and help me understand the source of the problem.

there are no errors in debug-log file

I also tried and validated the xliff formatiing with XLIFF Manager 3.3.0

Could you please try to send the translation to the first available to check if it will roll back or not? (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

If it rolls back, I would need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue closely.

Yes I did this and it worked fine, now its in the list, however the dropdown is empty so I cannot assign to anyone. See screenshot.

Could you please add the language pairs to your account and check it will appear correctly?

Its Ok now, I can see myself as well.

But I cannot send to some service la blend or bigtranslation.

Is the issue of the translation services happens when you try to send any language pairs or a specific language pair?

OK apprently the issue is with english to german, when I try english to romanian, it works partially.
The default language was romanian, we translated everything to english. The translation services do not accept romanian as a default language, so we switched today to english as default language. Now the services accept the languages but en -Y de seems not to work.

Any ideas?

Hi,

1) Could you please deactivate and reset the translation services? After that, activate it again to check if it will work correctly.

2) If it didn't work correctly, kindly go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting and run the troubleshooting functions. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

❌ Please backup your database before the troubleshooting step ❌

3) If the troubleshooting didn't help, kindly contact the translation service to check if they work with this language pair.

I did all, from both screenshots.
I am not sure if I deactivated and reset the translation service corectly. I did as it was in the second screenshot.

Could you please try to empty the translation basket and send another page for translation? It would be better to test on a freshly created test page.

Great to hear that's working. Could you please try an old page other than "Domain Registration" to see if it will work? If it works, try to send the "Domain Registration" page.
