Hi there. You wrote in the English Support Forum - I hope it will be ok for you if we continue this ticket in English. Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help. Usually, the 500 errors (Internal Server Errors) are related to the server configuration or server limitations being reached. You can check our documentation to see if you meet all the WPML minimum requirements here: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ Also, please take a look here: You can also activate WordPress debug to find out more about what is actually happening when you receive that 500 error (activate this and then try to replicate the error): If you find the complete error message, please do share it with us, too, in this ticket. I hope that you will find this information helpful. Please let us know how things go. Mihai Apetrei |

Hi there. Remove those 2 lines and add these 3 instead and let's see if you see a more detailed error message when you try to reproduce the issue again after you add these lines in wp-config.php: define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', false ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true ); Mihai |

Hello Eva, Thank you for contacting the support. I am assigned this ticket and 'll try my best to help you fix the problem. From the recent error you mentioned, which seems to be coming from JS Composer (either WP Bakery Page Builder or a related page builder). Can you please deactivate that plugin and try again? And then if you are able to access WPML -> Support page, then please provide the debug information of your website for an overview of your setup? See https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ for more information. I've enabled the debug information section for your next reply. Additionally you can also take a look at https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/ and cross-check for a few initial fixes. See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security. Regards. |
