Hi there, is there a way to set specific prices for a specific set of items automatically? maybe adjusting them by percentage? It would take me a very long time if i have to manually set the prices on the product page.

Hi and thank you for contacting WPML Support!
I will be happy to help you with this.
I think that is a feature that should come from the main e-commerce plugin that you are using (our plugins are just coming with the translation functionality).
From what I can see, you are using WooCommerce but unfortunately, I don't know of any functionality like this that would come built-in with WooCommerce straight "out of the box".
However, taking into consideration that WooCommerce is a super popular e-commerce plugin, you might be able to find an add-on plugin that would implement that functionality so my recommendation would be either that, either to find a developer that could custom-build that functionality for you.
If you would like to have the prices converted automatically into the other currencies that you set up, can you please take a look over the steps in the tickets below and see if that solves the issue:
I hope that you will find this answer helpful and I am really sorry that there's no solution that I can give you to apply straight away.
Please let me know if you still have questions regarding this matter.
I would be more than happy to answer your questions.
