Hi there, I'm following the appropriate steps to setup WPML on our site but for some reason when I'm prompted to select either WPML's Classic Translation Editor or WPML's Advanced Translation Editor, it will not load my choice.

I've added a screenshot of how my screen continues to look every single time I try and select either option. I've installed the addon dependencies and connected WPML's translation provider ICanLocalize, and still I am stuck on this screen.

Error: No route was found matching the URL and request method
Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact WPML support.

Is there possibly a step that I've missed? Thank you for your help!

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
