[Resolved] Shelder Contact Form and Shelder Contact List can not be found for translate

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate parts of the contact page on my site hidden link using WPML. Specifically, I want to translate 'Shelder Contact Form' and 'Shelder Contact List'.
Also for this page: hidden link We translated it however still have English shows in Chinese page.

Symptoms:
Shelder Contact Form and Shelder Contact List cannot be found for translation.
Make sure Only Chinese shows in Chinese page.

Questions:
How can I make Whahel available for translation in WPML?
And how to avoid default language shows in Second language.
