On a few pages we have the blog shortcode showing blogs and an event page showing upcoming events with the event calendar. However when we translate to Chinese they do not show anymore but on english side they show fine.

Just been searching Google and some on your support forum.

Here is the link to the pages that don't work, we are currently hiding the flags to live site as we testing and getting it 100 percentage.

English meet the team section is the blog - hidden link
Chinese to same page, no meet the team blog being pulled. And in translation mode it doesn't show. hidden link

The events show on the english version of the page - hidden link
In the chinese version events show but no pictures - hidden link

Please help, first time we are using a translator and the translation management option.

I can see the issue on your site.

Can you please confirm that you are following our instructions at the following link on how to work with WPML and the Avada theme?
The 'Adding translation support for Fusion Builder elements' might be relevant in your case.

For the images that are not showing on the Chinese events, please do the following.
1. Go to WPML -> Settings -> Media Translation.

2. Make sure that the following option are selected.
- Set language information for existing media (might be greyed out and that's OK).
- Translate existing media in all languages
- Duplicate existing media for translated content
- Duplicate the featured images for translated content

3. Press the 'Start' button and wait for the process to finish.

Then check if the images of the events are showing.
