Page umicoiffure.ch - I made some Updates and now I have some problems:

1. The Slider on the front Page has a small text with link, this is not translated anymore if I switch language. What do I have to do?

2. In German Version, the cart does not show the items counter anymore. The text (powered by) is shown. If it's empty or has items in the cart. How can I solve this? In spanish it workts.

3. The cookie notice doesn't show correct. Before the correct text it comes the text mehr informationen"> which is the text I have linked after.

This all happened when I made the updates on my providers Plesk. And here, on your website, the updates even are shown.

I visited your site and can see the behaviour you are describing.

Do you have a way to make a clone/staging version of your site on your server so that we can freely troubleshoot the different problems?

You can use the Duplicator plugin to do this.
Alternaatively, you can use the Duplicator plugin to make a copy of your site and then either send us a downloadable link form a file sharing platform or simply leave it on your site. You can then provide us logon details to your live site and we can download it directly from the Duplicator plugin dashboard.

Please let me know which approach you prefer, I am opening the private area for either:
- username/password to access the Duplicator package on your site for download
- username /password to the staging site you have created.

I´ve tried to use the username/password you provided but they do not work. Please check them again and let me know when I can attempt to connect to wp-admin again.

I am opening the private area once more in case you need to provide new credentials.

1. Slider Texts
I updated your plugins to the latest releases of WPML (we had a new version available on Tuesday).

This corrected the issue with the sliders.

As the other issues are on different topics, I am going to split them into different tickets. I might have to escalate them to different teams if we are unable to determine what is going on.

For now, please cnfirm that the sliders are working.
