[Closed] site auto translated already translated back from german to default english

Background of the issue:
Page is set to: Publish and mark for review
WPML publishes translations immediately but flags them for translators to review later.

Symptoms:
The site at /de/mobile was translated back to the default English, even though I had previously translated it to German.

Questions:
Is there any chance to revert the translation back to German?
Why would the site have been translated back to the default English...
