Tell us what you are trying to do?

Someone built our site using Qtranslate. Then moved to WPML. Now, if we unistall Qtranslate, the site crashes and we need to restore with a backup. The developer said we need to keep Qtranslate, but it is annoying and confusing to the client to see both pluggins functionalities in their backoffice.

What is the link to your site?

Hello @manuel-luiss, welcome to the WPML support Forum!

Maybe there is some code on your theme that needs qtranslate, please enable WP_Debug, WP_Debug_log and WP_Debug_Display on your website, it will display more details about the error: - e.g.

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);

After that, please disable qTranslate and send us a screenshot of the error and the content of the debug.log file (it will be generated on the wp-content folder).

All the best,
