Hi Raj,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Please perform the below steps:

1. Backup your website and database. Then unregister WPML from the site, go to: Plugins >> Add New Plugin >> Commercial Tab >> Unregister WPML from this site.
2. Deactivate the existing WPML plugin and any add-ons.
3. Delete the plugin files – this does not delete your translations. You will simply delete the plugin files from your "wp-content/plugins" folder NOT the database records.
4. Download the updated plugin from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ and upload to the plugin directory.
5. Activate the WPML plugin.
6. Please Login to your WPML account >> go to Sites page >> Remove your current site / domain from there >> and re-add your site >> it will give you New key which you can add back in your site: https://wpml.org/account/sites/

7. After the new key is added, press “Check for updates” button and it will hopefully resolve the issue.

If still issue persists, please add the debug report in the Debug Information box. I have also enabled debug info box for your next reply: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Thank you
