We create a new translation job from English to Japanese and assign it to a concrete user.

When we log-in with this user, and go to Translation interface (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-translation-management%2Fmenu%2Ftranslations-queue.php) we see all pages to translate but when editing, Siteorigin Pagebuilder is not active and we can't do translations correctly.

Any help? Thanks!

Hi Andoni,

Siteorigin's page builder uses widgets to create the content so in order to have the content translated you need to send widget strings instead of pages. Here's what you need to do:

1. Go to WPML -> String Translation.
2. In "Select strings within domain:" select Widgets from the dropdown.
3. Select the widget strings associated with the page you want translated and sent those to the Translation basket for your translator.
Note: There's no way to see which widget strings are associated with the page so you will need to refer to the page edit screen so you can cross-reference.

Hope that helps,
