Hello

I am using WPML and Slider Revolution. Both are updated to the latest version. I am trying to make some changes to the slider but they are not showing unless I deactivate WPML. Seems like there is a conflict. What could be causing this?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Do you mean the changes are not shown in translated pages or in original pages?

Let me know.

Regards,
Riffaz.

Hello

They are not shown anywhere. I can only see the changes if I deactivate WPML.

Hi,

This is strange.

We need to check this in a fresh installation.

please,
1. go to hidden link
2. install your theme if your rev slider comes with theme
3. install rev slider if you purchased it seperately
4. configure the WPML as you have it on your site. at the last step just click next (site key)
5. create a slider
6. create only one page with rev slider.
7. recreate the issue.
8. let us know how to check this and how to recreate this issue.
9. explain the step 8 with screenshots and URLs for better understanding.

I don't understand why I have to do this. I sent you a duplicate of the website so you can review the issue there, I also sent access and everything requested. Why would I need to go through all the work above? The issue is on my website, a fresh install with a fresh install of the theme and everything else does not help my case in any way.

Hi,

in the new installation there won't be any third party plugin interference.
All fresh. so the environment is bug free.
If it is really a bug, we should be able to reproduce this issue in a fresh installation.
If not, this is something specific to your site only.
In that case, this could be your theme or plugins or some settings or some configurations in your server and how we can find that?

So what we are politely asking is a neat and clean method to find the cause of the issue quickly and efficiently.

Installing theme will not take more than 5 minutes.
Creating a slider will not take more than 1 minutes.
But searching the cause of this and replying back and forth to confirm things will take take hours.

"In that case, this could be your theme or plugins or some settings or some configurations in your server and how we can find that?" - because I gave you access to investigate. The theme I am using is purchased and cannot be fully installed anywhere else without being registered.

The demo website you created - I've been trying for 30 minutes to install the theme and rev slider and it keeps loading. This is something you could have done yourself because I explained the issue above but as I see you did not bother to read my request.

I am unable to replicate the issue on the staging website.

Hi,

Thank you for this.

I deactivated all the plugins including WPML and still I see the issue: hidden link
I created new slider and add it into a new page and still the same issue: hidden link

Please note:
1) I deactivated all plugins
2) I deactivated WPML
3) I tested with new page and new slider
4) I tested this in a bug free/new server

And, the problem is still there.
So the issue is not related to any plugin, WPML or server.
Please, check this with your theme support or revolution slider support.

You can login and check here hidden link using the user name password you gave in this ticket.

Let me know how it goes.

I will work out a solution on my own since this is useless.
