I run the cleaning plugin procedure
After 3 times of cleaning (50+50+30 = 130 ID's)
the final result is: 14566 rows deleted from icl_translation_status table.
Unfortunately the site is underperforming. Products / Categories load in 3-4 seconds. If WPML is off - 1-1,5 second.
I read all post you have (more than 100) with all the suggestions and nothing help.
We are running on VDS machine and is well configured.
NGINX cache also not helping. As Redis cache gain 1 second in general.
What do you need to help me?
Please notice this problem will be better if a 2nd level can handle this because all "standard" and routine procedure are made. Most probably should be seen the MySql tables and the index in each table.

- If you have a staging site where the problem can be reproduced, it is better to share access to the staging site.
As this is very heavy woo commerce site and we receive different order, restoring form backup will be very noisy. Anyway we have backup every 6 hours for the db.

You can send me a duplicate copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin. Make sure to exclude the uploads folder under the wp-content folder to keep the website backup size minimum.
I will make your next reply private. Please include your Duplicator package so I can install it on our sandbox server and investigate the issue further.
I would like to point out that from the files I sent you with our link we are talking about <1GB for the entire site if we exclude uploads/media which are the images.
Can't you mount WP with the files I passed you?

The website's backup files you sent are too large. Could you use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/) to create a backup and then send it? You can upload the backup file to Google Drive and then send me the link to download it.
