Tell us what you are trying to do?

I need to have the slug of the translated pages NOT as hidden link
but as
hidden link (name of the french page)

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this. Typically, the slug of the page is only removed when the page is set as the homepage. Do you have this page set as the homepage?

Also, if you have languages set as url parameters, and French is your secondary language, the "?lang=fr" will always be part of the URL unless you change to languages in directories or as different URLs.
